If you’re looking for an exciting venue for an event, function or party then you’ve just found it. The National Marine Aquarium is the perfect place to get away from the tired traditional venues and experience an underwater world full of vibrancy and colour; a touch of the tropics right here in Plymouth.
Choose from a number of different spaces throughout the Aquarium perhaps a meal served in front of our fantastic Atlantic Reef tank, possibly the most spectacular dining room in the South West. Or a meeting in our boardroom or Horizons gallery both with stunning views across Plymouth Sound and the Barbican.
The unique atmosphere here at the Aquarium will help to create the perfect ambience for your event and the accents of light and colour created by the natural movement in the tanks are truly beautiful and create a magnificent backdrop for your event.
A unique training day

Our rooms are able to accommodate parties and delegates from as small as ten people up to 250. All spaces are available either individually or together and can be laid out in formal or informal table plans, and used for all sorts of purposes from breakfast meetings, board meetings and formal conferences, to banquets, balls and corporate events. We are delighted to offer a choice of delegate packages, and can provide consecutive days or weekend rates on request.
