How does the Complimentary Annual Pass work?
The complimentary annual pass allows you to return to National Marine Aquarium for FREE as many times for the next 12 months. Each paying person will be offered their own non-transferable pass, to allow individual re-entry, when you first arrive onsite. If you want to opt-in for this, our Admissions Team can set these up. This pass is for day admission use only and requires some personal information to set up, please see our Terms and Conditions – National Marine Aquarium page for full details.
You’ll be given a credit card sized pass for each paying person and ask these are brought in with you, in addition to your booking confirmation for your timed entry slot, to help us keep queuing time to a minimum.
If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact our friendly customer service team on enquiries@oceanconservationtrust.org
