FAQs

What is a Complimentary Annual Return Pass?

With each paid day entry admission ticket, we give you the option to opt-in to a Complimentary Annual Return Pass. If accepted it’ll allow unlimited entry for 12 months after you redeem your paid ticket.

The pass requires your photo to be taken and some personal information to set up. Once completed you will issued with a cardboard credit card sized pass that you show to our Admissions team the next time you visit. We still recommend booking with your Complimentary Annual Return Pass – the booking process won’t charge you for this. We cannot guarantee entry without a booking, especially in peak periods such as school holidays and weekends.

Can someone else use my Complimentary Annual Pass?

In order to opt-in to the free annual pass, we require some personal information to set up, including the person’s name and a photograph taken, so they correlate with the individual person. This does mean they are non-transferable, but it also means if you lose your annual pass card provided, we can find you on the system to be able to allow entry.

What happens if I lose my Complimentary Year Pass?

If you or your family member have lost your cardboard pass, let our Admissions Team know when you next arrive. We’ll have your details saved on our system and for an admin fee of £1, we will be able to replace your pass for you.

Hopefully we’ve answered your questions, if not please email enquiries@oceanconservationtrust.org and we’ll try to help. Why not plan your visit and come and sea us soon…
