How do I use my Dartmoor Zoo Wet and Wild discount?

If you have visited Dartmoor Zoo and want to book tickets to the Aquarium using the 50% discount, follow these steps.

  • You can then use your code to book tickets and apply the discount on your basket. (Up to 8 tickets per transaction)
  • When you visit, please show your booking to a member of the admission as well as your booking from DZP, without this you may be charged for full price tickets.

What carers ID do you allow?

We accept a variety of carers ID, the most common ones we accept are, but not limited to: Carers ID Card, PIP letter, DLA letter and Blue Badge. If you have any queries about this, please feel free to contact us.

Do you do NHS / Blue Light Discount?

We honour these discounts in the shop and the cafe, however they aren’t redeemable on admissions.

Do I need to book before I visit?

We recommend all visitors to pre-book whether or not you are paying or using your complimentary annual return pass. We cannot guarantee entry without a booking, especially in peak periods such as holidays and weekends. Walk-ins will only be available if we have not reached full capacity for the building.
